How long have you been working for Back Bar USA and how did you get your start as a promotional model?

A year and a half ago, a friend of mine reached out and asked if I could work as a dancer for Back Bar as a last-minute fill-in at the National Finals Rodeo. We danced to live country music, which to this day is one of the most fun dance gigs I’ve ever done! The energy from the crowd and band were incredible!

I’ve worked for Back Bar ever since as both a dancer and a promotional model. I’ve danced my whole life and worked on and off in the service industry for years, so I feel promotional modeling is a natural fit.

What is your favorite part of the job?

My favorite part of the job is meeting new people. The other models I work with are not just beautiful but are fun and intelligent. And I love meeting people on vacation from all over the world.

If you could give advice to people getting started in the industry, what would you tell them?

My advice for anyone getting started in this industry is to talk to your co-workers or reach out to someone doing the job you want. A lot of gig work is done through connections. Ask girls who they work for and how they got the job! You can get by with a great attitude and work ethic but, it also helps to have service industry experience.

What other interests or hobbies do you have outside of dancing/modeling?

Dancing is my passion and I’ve been blessed to dance professionally for almost ten years. Outside of dancing, I love to read, play with my dogs, and go hiking.

What’s one thing you can’t live without?

My dogs. They bring me so much happiness! They are the best form of therapy there is.

What’s one thing you cannot resist?

Pizza! I could eat it every day for the rest of my life.
